Your Rights

Brexit continues to cause uncertainty for UK citizens living in the EU. Our rights to live, work and study in our adopted countries and to travel to and work in neighbouring countries freely, depended on the UK's EU membership and our EU citizenship.

The UK is no longer a member of the EU. We are currently in a transition period. Read more about that here.

On 1 February 2020 we became 3rd country nationals and lost many of our day to day rights.
