5 Year WARP renewals - Message from the Embassy
Many 5 year card upgrades have already been processed but a number of 5 year WA beneficiaries have not yet applied.
The British Embassy has asked RIFT to share the following message:
"We've recently updated the Living in France - GOV.UK guidance and published a short video from the Deputy Head of Mission explaining the renewal process.

The key messages are:
Apply in the two months before your permit expires.
Follow the process set out by your prefecture.
Do not use the standard ANEF renewal route for WARP renewals.
Keep your contact details up to date and check spam folders regularly.
Include your numéro étranger and application reference when contacting the authorities.
Contact your prefecture first if you encounter difficulties.
The updated guidance also explains travel during the renewal process, récépissés, supporting documents and how to escalate unresolved issues to the Ministry of the Interior's Brexit support email service."
