The clock is ticking!
There are 89 days left to apply for your Withdrawal Agreement (WA) Residency Permit (RP).
The application system will close on 30 JUNE 2021 and you must have applied by then if you are applying on the basis of having lived in France before 1 January 2021.
We have written a series of articles which will help you apply. Please read through them before starting your application.
As you know the WA affords protection to qualifying family members who join you on or after 1 January 2021. We don't yet know what the process will be for them to apply, so watch this space.
